In very late July, due to unusual circumstances, my family and I were desperately seeking housing.  Our preference was to buy, possibly a lease/purchase arrangement, or if necessary a rental.

We had seen a property listed by your agency, and called to set up a showing.  Our first contact was with Bob Reeder.  As it turned out, that property owner was not receptive to our proposal, but that didn't stop Bob.

We were directed by Bob to another property in the same area that fit our needs.  From that point on everything else was downhill.  Bob and Linda, working very effectively as a team, were able to put together separate lease and purchase agreements satisfactory to the seller and ourselves within hours.  We were able to take possession of the house when we needed it, gave us time to gather the down payment, and close as early as possible.
